Cleaning:
Over time, dirt, dust and grease can accumulate in the pillbox compartments.

Cleaning is recommended to be done every week before refilling the pillbox with medicine or more often if necessary. Because the product uses optical sensors to detect pills present in compartments, dust and dirt in the compartments can lead to error values. The product should not be used during cleaning and pills in the product should always be removed before cleaning. To clean the pill box, take out all your medications and then wipe the product with a damp cloth. Let the pill box dry before filling the pill box with medicine. Never use solvents in / on the product. The product can not be cleaned under running water or in the dishwasher.
