It may happen that you will receive incorrect notification about your doses, for instance that they have been taken when that is not the case. The reason for this can be that the medications in the compartments are too small for the sensors in the pillbox.

You can test to facilitate this by cutting out the medications while they are in their blisters and then put down these into the compartment and see if that improves the sensing. If your medications does not come in blisters, you can try to add a multi vitamin tablet and see if that improves the sensing.
