If you do not see the Reset Password email in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk or spam folders. Additionally, we recommend accessing your email from a web browser because sometimes 3rd party mail applications, such as Apple Mail or Spark, will not display all junk/spam emails.
Gmail, in particular, has been known to filter the emails as spam or junk. On Gmail, we suggest logging in from a web browser and checking the All Mail folder. This folder is often hidden in the More menu.
