Why am I seeing "No Claim found for Operator" when trying to enter time on a work order?

This happens when you do not have a time entry mode set. To fix this you simply need to follow these steps!:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to the Maintenance Hub tab

  3. Select edit next to "Time Entry Settings"

  4. Enter a time entry mode and select save.
