Identifying Career-Track Students

Updated this week

Flight Schedule Pro enables several different ways to track students that are participating in a professional pilot program or career-track.

Use of Multi-Course Programs

Multi-course programs were created to make tracking student outcomes across courses possible. When a student is enrolled in a multi-course program, they are automatically considered to be in a career-track.

Add the ‘Career-Track’ System Label

User Profile Labels were updated to include system labels. System labels are published to all schools and can be used for common categories like tracking students participating in a career track. Add the ‘Career-Track’ label to any students that are part of a professional pilot program, in addition to enrolling them in a multi-course program.

Coming Soon

In the near future, programs will be enhanced to explicitly indicate if a particular program is to support a career-track student. For any programs where this is enabled, students will receive the ‘Career-Track’ label automatically at program enrollment.
