We're excited to introduce the new "Students to Review" page, a powerful feature designed to give school administrators an enriched view of students who need attention, helping you manage your rosters more effectively. This centralized location allows you to monitor and take action on student enrollments with ease.
Key Features & Functionality
Filtered Views: The list is pre-filtered to show only currently enrolled students. Additional filters allow you to narrow down the list by Customer/Group, Instructor, Course, Program, and Labels. A new filter, "Most Recent Lesson," enables admins to see enrollments where the last lesson was more than 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 days ago.
Sortable fields include:
Date of Enrollment
Most Recent Lesson
Expected Graduation
Actionable Data: The list displays key data points for each student enrollment, including Date of Enrollment, Most Recent Lesson, and Expected Graduation.
Visual Cues: The "Most Recent Lesson" date will turn red if it's more than 30 days ago. The "Expected Graduation" date will turn red if it's today or in the past, and yellow if it's within the next 60 days.
Editable Dates: The Expected Graduation date can be edited directly from the list, provided the user has permission to "Manage All Student Enrollments".
Direct Actions: Each row has an "Actions" button with several options. The available actions include:
Terminate Enrollment: Terminates the enrollment using the most recent lesson date as the termination date.1
Transfer Enrollment: Transfers the enrollment using the most recent lesson date as the transfer date.1
Recommend Graduation: Launches the Recommend Graduation modal.*
Edit Enrollment: Opens the edit enrollment modal.*
View Course: Takes the user to the course overview.
* Note: Some actions, like Terminate, Transfer, Edit Enrollment, and editing graduation dates require permission to "Manage All Student Enrollments". If PIN sign-off is required, a modal will appear for PIN entry. To recommend graduation, “Manage All Student Enrollments” permission is required, or the user must be the student’s instructor
