Can Storefront be used without Payrix?

No, Payrix is required since Storefront processes all payments through card and/or eCheck as payment methods. Only the pilot resources section will be available for users without payments.

Can students use account funds?

No, storefront purchases must be made via credit card or eCheck. To use account funds, please use the standard invoice workflow.

Can we hide Pilot Resources?

Yes, you can toggle each resource individually in the Storefront preferences.

Will I get notified when an item is purchased?

No, purchases can be tracked in the Sales List or via scheduled reports.The source is “online purchase” for storefront purchases.

Are taxes shown on items?

Taxes are shown at checkout, not included in the price on the individual product tiles.

How do I sign up for a merchant account?

In FSP navigate to Settings > Integrations > Payrix > Sign Up.

With the prevention of duplicate purchases, can shared family accounts purchase multiple of the same online ground school course?

No, each account can only purchase each online ground school course once and only one content provider account can be connected to each FSP account. In order to accurately track progress on online ground school by user, each person will need their own account.
