The My Profile page is split into three tabs:
Details
Permissions
Teams
To access the My Profile, click on Settings -> My Profile.
Details Tab
This page enables you to view your personal details, including your first name, surname, and email. To update these, simple make the required updates and click the "Update Profile" button.
Permissions Tab
This page shows your current system permissions in a list view. The permission is listed along with the assigned action for the permission.
Teams Tab
This page shows the teams you are associated with.
