Submitting Action Requests

A mailbox manager can submit requests for how they want a mail operator to handle their mail.

You can submit action requests for your mail, such as open and scan, forward, doorstep delivery, check deposit, recycle, shred, and leave at office.

How To Submit Action Requests


Once you are signed in to your virtual mailbox, you can easily see each piece of mail and take action. Here's how:

  1. Scroll to the mailpiece.

  2. Tap the image or Mail ID of the mailpiece.

  3. Click the⚡️ lightning icon.

  4. Select between the action requests available.

  5. Choose or enter any additional information depending on the request.

    For example, for forwarding requests, choose the preferred forwarding address, mail provider for the delivery, and service.

  6. Click Submit Request.
