If you are new to virtual mailbox, let's help you get set up so you can get started.

Your virtual mailbox is a digital place where you can view and take action on your incoming mail from anywhere in the world. Sign-up in a sec and get your snail mail in a snap.

Before you dive in, ensure you have received your mail operator's email invitation to your virtual mailbox. This invitation means a mailbox has been assigned just for you.

Step 1. Activate Your Mailbox


Your mail operator will assign you a personal virtual mailbox and send you an email invitation. Find this email in your inbox and tap Get Your Address. Follow the prompts to register your account.

Step 2. Configure Your Settings


Head over to the βš™οΈ Settings icon on the top right. For a walkthrough, check out our guide to configuring your settings.

Step 3: Verify Your Identity


As a mail recipient, you must authorize your mail operator to receive your mail. Depending on the requirements established by your mail operator, you may be prompted to verify your identity when you activate your virtual mailbox.

Step 4. View Your Mail & Submit Action Requests


Once snail mail starts arriving at your new physical address under your name or authorized recipient's name, your mail operator will send you a picture of your mail or package.

From there, you can choose how you want each piece of mail handled: scanned, forwarded to an address from your address book, shredded, recycled, available for pickup, or even delivered by courier services.
