If you forgot your password to your virtual mailbox and can’t sign in, you can request a password reset following these steps.
User Reset Password
Visit the mailbox login page here.
Click Forgot password.
Enter your email.
Click Submit Reset Password Request.
Check your email inbox for an email from piloto151@pilotomail.com.
Click Reset Your Password to set a new password.
📌 Note: The user needs access to the email address associated with their virtual mailbox to reset the password. If they have access but can't find the password reset email, follow our troubleshooting steps with the user.
