Piloto staff is onsite Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for tours, reception services, and front-desk help. Members with a dedicated membership get 24/7 access to their space.

There is parking on-site with a monthly access pass upon availability. For visitors and members without dedicated parking, we recommend parking at Caribbean Cinemas Fine Arts.
