Download a CMRA Form from a Mailbox

A mail manager uses the form to authorize a CMRA to receive mail on their behalf.

In the United States, the U.S. Postal Service regulates how postal mail can be received and handled. The USPS also dictates required procedures to follow for commercial mail-receiving agents (CMRA's) like us.

The USPS Form 1583 authorizes a CMRA to receive mail on the mailbox renter's behalf. It also ensures that a responsible party is linked to the mailbox. If you want to download it for your records, follow these steps.

Accessing and downloading your CMRA form

  1. Go to your User Profile icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select the ⚙️ settings icon in the top right.

  3. Scroll to CMRA (you will find it in the bottom left corner).

  4. Click the ⇩ download icon.

  5. The pdf will open a new tab in your browser.

  6. Click the ⇩ download icon to download to your desktop.
