What are Additional Charges?
What are Additional Charges?

Mail handling services and action requests that are not complimentary in the selected package offered by an operator.

Updated over a year ago

Each month, your mailbox has a specific amount of requests included within its membership. When you run out of complimentary action requests, a fee will be charged for each request outside the plan. These can range in price and vary depending on the action request.

Examples of additional charges

  • Action Requests Handling Fees: these include Open & Scan, Shred, Recycle, etc.

  • Forward Action Requests: these fees include the postage price and can vary for each size and carrier selected.

  • Mailbox Manager and Recipient Seat Fee: with your selected plan, a specific number of seats are included (seats are the number of people authorized to log in and access your mailbox account). If you want more space, it will be an extra fee.

๐Ÿ’ก Additional Charges are calculated at the end of every month and invoiced at the beginning of the next month or billing cycle. The action requests not covered by your plan will accumulate for the remaining time of the month and be billed for them at the beginning of the next cycle.
