A private mailbox number, or PMB, provides you, the renter, with a real street address. It is also a safe and secure way to receive and access mail. Like a P.O. Box number, a private mailbox also includes a personal number for a mail operator, like Piloto 151, to identify a mailbox.
Do I need to include my PMB number when I give out my address?
Yes. A virtual business address should always include a private mailbox number (PMB) that is unique to you. Your mail operator can identify and accept mail as long as it includes either the company name or authorized recipients verified in the account, plus the PMB number. To ensure the mail you receive at Piloto 151 doesn't get returned to sender, always include your PMB.

Per the US Postal Service, mail sent to an addressee at a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency) must include either the PMB identifier or the #, followed by the appropriate private mailbox number. Without this number, your mail operator may return mail to the sender endorsed "Undeliverable as Addresses, Missing PMB or #Sign."
