Are you ready to take your raffle to the next level? Whether you're looking to enhance an ongoing raffle, correct details, extend the deadline, or add more exciting prizes, editing an active raffle is a great way to engage your audience and boost participation. Let’s explore how to make those changes smoothly!
First, access your active raffle from the Pineraffle dashboard. Then, review the current details before making any adjustments. Understanding the existing setup will help you determine what needs to be updated.
You can edit the following details within an active raffle:
Raffle Name
Prize Name
Active Dates: You can only adjust the end date, not the start date. So keep that in mind!
If you have a raffle that ends after a certain number of tickets have been sold, you can adjust that number. Here’s a tip: there's no limit to increasing the number of raffle tickets! However, if you want to decrease the number, it cannot go below the number of tickets that have already been issued.
Products: If you previously chose the "Products" raffle type, you can update the Products if needed. Additionally, if you're an Ultimate Plan member and have used the Customize Ticket Values feature, you may update the number of tickets allocated to each product.
Number of Winners: You can increase or decrease the number of winners for your raffle event!
Prize Value: If you selected the "Fixed Amount" a Prize Type, you can update the amount that the winners are eligible for.
Discount expiration date: You can change the discount expiration date if necessary.
After updating the required details, don't forget to click the Update button in the Summary section. Applicable updates are reflected on the raffle widget within your website.
You cannot edit the following details within an active raffle:

Prize (Percentage, Fized Amount, Free Shipping, Free Product, Gift card, Custom Prize)
