1. WhatsApp Notifications
You have the option to add a phone number where Pingfluence will send automated request and confirmation messages for your collaborations. This ensures instant updates via WhatsApp, keeping you informed in real time.
How it Works:
Enter a phone number in the WhatsApp Notifications section.
Pingfluence will send notifications to this number whenever an influencer applies for an offer and when a collaboration is confirmed.
This is useful for quick updates without needing to check emails constantly.
2. Request Confirmations (Email Notifications)
This section controls the email notifications sent when an influencer applies for a collaboration.
How it Works:
By default, these notifications are sent to the master account email registered with Pingfluence.
However, you can add additional email addresses in this section.
If new emails are added, they will override the default setting, ensuring the application notifications go to the specified team members instead.
3. Collaboration Confirmations (Email Notifications)
This section allows you to configure who receives email notifications when a collaboration is confirmed.
How it Works:
Similar to the request confirmations, the default recipient is the master account email.
You can add multiple emails here, ensuring that all necessary team members receive confirmation updates when an influencer's application is approved.
