What happens if I cannot make a booking?

This policy is designed to address situations where an individual fails to attend a scheduled appointment or event without prior notice.

  1. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need of our services.

  2. No-Show Definition:

    A "no-show" occurs when an individual misses a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or when the cancellation is made within a timeframe that does not comply with our cancellation policy.

  3. No-Show Fee:

    If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or event without providing sufficient notice as mentioned in point 1 above, a no-show fee may be applied - this will be listed on the offer if this is the case. This fee is intended to cover costs incurred by our business due to the unoccupied time slot and lost opportunities to serve other clients.

  4. Warnings

    A warning will be applied to the account if the no show reason is noit within the valid guidelines. 3 warnings will result in account suspension.

  5. No-Show Fee Amount:

    The exact amount of the no-show fee will be determined at the discretion of the client. The fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you when discussing the missed appointment and will depend on factors such as the specific service you were scheduled to receive and the impact of the no-show on our business operations.

  6. Exceptions:

    We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. If you have a legitimate reason for missing your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may waive the no-show fee at our discretion.

  7. Policy Awareness:

    By scheduling an appointment through Pingfluence, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our no-show policy. We encourage all our clients to review this policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience with our services.
