All offers on the platform are created by the venues themselves and they therefore manage their offers.

Therefore it is at the venues discretion as to when they respond back to you about an offer. Most of our venues are very quick to do so, however some may take longer to respond, but rest assured we follow up with our venues to ensure they keep on top of them.
