In-App Support

Use the chat icon to send us a message or access the Help Centre. This support feature also shows product tours and announces new features.

We have an in-app support feature through our main web app which allows us to better help our clients. (This feature does not appear on the native mobile apps or through the web app from the browser on your mobile device.)

You can send messages to us directly through the web app using the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page at anytime. You can also use the search box to search through our Help Centre.

We will be announcing new features, sending product tours and messaging you directly where necessary through this support feature.

If you prefer not to see these messages or contact us through the web app, you can choose to turn this feature on or off using the cookies settings. Here's how:

  • Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner to open the profile settings menu, then click Cookie Preferences.

  • Toggle on or off the in-app support cookies on this screen.

  • If you have the in-app support cookies turned on and still don’t see the chat feature, toggle the cookies setting off then on again, then refresh your browser and the chat icon will appear.
