Click on the Avatar or Initial in the bottom left corner to access "Profile Settings"

Select "Update Email" next to your current email address in your profile

Enter the new email address, confirm the new email address and click "Change Email"

Please note: you will receive an "error" message if you enter an email address that is already signed up to Pinpoint Works

You will automatically be logged out

A verification link will be sent to the new email address. Once you have verified the account, you can log in with the new email address and old password

After successful verification and login, you will receive a "Welcome" email.

Please note: the old email address will be notified of this change
