What are Red Flags

Admin users can assign a Red Flag to a point to make it stand out or increase the priority.

Normal and guest users cannot alter a point's flagged status, but flagging is visible to everyone with access to that point.

A point can be flagged and unflagged within the point card.

And a point can be flagged and unflagged within the Bulk Edit feature.

When a point is flagged, a red flag logo appears on the top bar, and its row in the site/overview table is highlighted in red.

Activities are logged for this action within the point card, Overview page and Dashboard.

Red Flag status can be used to Filter, Group and Sort By. These settings will be saved in any new Saved Views. (Click here to see our Saved Views article).

Red Flag status can be exported in Excel, CSV, PDF and Word exports.

Used Cases

Red flags have many uses, such as:

  • When something is time-critical

  • When something needs to be addressed (such as being past its due date, over budget, etc)

  • When you would like someone to reply to your comments
