Pionex.US aims to make funds available as soon as payments are clear. However, the timing can vary based on your location and the payment method you use. You can check the delivery time of your orders at your history page.
If your order shows as pending, it means it hasn't been completed yet.
A deposit made using a debit card is instant.
Using the ACH is also instant, though you will not be able to send these funds out of your account until the transfer is complete. In some cases the timing is not instant, it can vary based on your location and the payment method you use. The standard settlement time is 4 business days from the date of self payment creation (before 7:00 PM Eastern Time). In rare cases, such as during holidays, the time may be longer and Pionex.US cannot control it, because it depends on your bank.
Using the wire transfer usually takes 1-5 business days.

The name on your bank account must match the verified name on your Pionex.US account, or this payment will be denied.
Please add the “Unique reference code” and “Deposit message” while you are making a wire transfer, or our system doesn’t recognize a match, we’ll put the payment method in a manual review.
