Reason 1 Holding "USD" but choosing a "USDT" trading pair
When you fund your Pionex.US account with your bank card, the token you hold in your account is "USD" and you select a "USDT" trading pair to create a bot. Since you did not select a matching token, the system will show that you have no available funds.
Solutions
If you are using the Web, you can switch to the "USD" trading pair at the location where you created the bot. For example, when the interface shows the "ETH/USDT" trading pair, you can switch it to the "ETH/USD" trading pair.
If you are using the app, you can switch the token from "USDT" to "USD" by clicking on the button in the picture.
Reason 2 Holding "USDT" but choosing a "USD" trading pair
When you fund your Pionex.US account with "USDT" from another exchange or wallet, the token you hold in your account is "USDT", but you select a "USD" trading pair to create a bot. Since you did not select a matching token, the system will show that you have no available funds.
Solutions
If you are using the Web, you can switch to the "USDT" trading pair at the location where you created the bot. For example, if the interface shows "ETH/USD" trading pair, you can switch to "ETH/USDT" trading pair.
If you are using the app, you can switch the token from "USD" to "USDT" by following the steps in the picture and clicking on the buttons.
Reason 3 Unfilled limit orders lock funds
You currently have unfilled limit orders in your account, which will result in your funds being locked and not available for creating a bot.
Solutions
You can unlock the funds by canceling the limit order.
If you are operating on the web, please click "Trade" - "Manual" - "Manual" , then click the "CANCEL" button on the corresponding order to cancel the order, and finally click the "CONFIRM" button.
If you are operating in the app, please click "Swap" - "Manual" - "All Pair", then click the"Cancel" button on the corresponding order to cancel it. Finally, click the "CONFIRM" button.
Reason 4 Rebalancing bots can only be created using "USDT“
Since you can only create rebalancing bots with "USDT" , you cannot create rebalancing bots with "USD".
Solutions
You can use the "SWAP" function to convert all the "USD" in your account to "USDT", once you have successfully converted "USDT", you can create a rebalancing bot. Please click here if you don't know how to use the "SWAP" function.
