Your withdrawal has been approved, and we are transferring funds to execute your withdrawal request.
If your withdrawal has been more than one hour at this stage, please contact Pionex.US online customer service for further help.
Processing:
We are preparing to execute your withdrawal request.
If your withdrawal has been more than one hour at this stage, please contact Pionex.US online customer service for further help.
Complete:
Your withdrawal request has been processed. You can check the status on the blockchain (network) through the link of “Transaction ID”.
If the status result on the blockchain (network) shows as successful/completed, but you have not received the transfer, please contact the customer service of the received platforms/wallets for confirmation.

If you transfer assets with the wrong information, we will not be able to help you retrieve your assets due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transfers. Thanks for your understanding!
