How Do I Get Started?

This are the steps to buy your evaluation:

  1. Press the "Start your evaluation" button on our homepage. Also, can click here.

  2. Select your evaluation.

  3. Proceed to fill your Billing Information and press the button "Place Order".

  4. Once the payment is processed, you will receive on your registered email your Trading Account Credentials. Please check your spam, promotional, social, etc inboxes.

Use one of the several payment methods we have available and our Support Team will send your credentials of your demo account so you can start the evaluation. For Crypto payments, your order will not be confirmed until the payment is verified by the blockchain, which can take some time and depends on network congestion. Once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, you will receive your credentials.

If money has been debited from your credit card / bank account / crypto wallet and you have not received your account credentials for more than 12 hours, please check the spam, junk, promotion, etc. inboxes of your registered email. If you still cannot find your welcome email please reach out to our live support chat and provide them with your registered email address and order number, we will assist you in getting your credentials and getting back on track.

Please note: Our crypto payment gateway only accepts payments via Bitcoin Network if you are paying with BTC and Tron Network if you are paying with Tether-USDT (TRC-20). If payments are sent via the wrong network (BSC or ERC-20 for example), all funds will be lost and there is nothing PIP Traders Funding can do to recover them. You would need to contact your exchange or wallet provider to seek help.

If you have not received your demo account credentials, please make sure to check your spam or promotional folders on your email. If you still have not found your details and have received a confirmed purchase notification, then please contact our support via live chat or email.
