The Post Tracker Robot allows you to monitor specific LinkedIn accounts, track their posts, and extract engagement data — including who liked or commented.
This is a powerful way to discover new, highly relevant leads based on real LinkedIn interactions.

Setting Up the Post Tracker Robot

  1. Open Your Project
Go to the project where you want to set up the robot for lead generation.

  2. Select the Post Tracker Robot
Choose the Post Tracker Robot from the robot options, then select the second option — designed for tracking specific LinkedIn accounts.

Adding LinkedIn Accounts

  1. Enter LinkedIn URLs
Paste the LinkedIn profile or company page URLs of the accounts you want to track.

    • You can add personal profiles to track posts from individuals.

    • You can add company pages to track posts made by organizations.

    • Multiple links can be added, including a mix of both personal and company profiles.

  2. How to Find the URL
Open LinkedIn, visit the desired profile or company page, copy the URL, and paste it into the input field.

Selecting Which Posts to Track

You can specify which types of posts should be tracked to ensure you only collect relevant content.
For example:

If you want to track AI-related posts, type “any post mention AI.”
The system will analyze each post and extract only those matching your criteria.

Defining Relevant Job Titles

To collect data from the right audience, you can define which job titles should be included.

  • Choose from the predefined roles or enter your own (e.g. “CEO, Founder, Co-founder”).

  • The system will analyze LinkedIn profiles based on their job titles and experience.

  • If job title isn’t important, click Scrape anyone to include all interactions.

Advanced Settings

  1. Tracking Frequency
Set how often the robot should check for new posts and extract engagement data.

    • Recommended: every 3 days or once a week.

    • Choose your preferred time interval in the tracking frequency settings.

  2. Engagement Data Type
    Choose which interactions to track:

    • Likes only

    • Comments only

    • Both likers and commenters

Starting the Robot

Once all settings are configured:

  • Click Create Robot to start the process.

  • The robot will begin running within a few seconds.
You can monitor its progress in real time as it classifies posts, extracts interactions, and filters irrelevant content.

Viewing Results

When the process is complete, the system will generate a structured dataset with:

  • Lead details (name, job title, company, website)

  • Post content and engagement insights

  • Interaction types (likes and comments)

You can customize what data is displayed by clicking on the Columns section.
