The Post Tracker Robot allows you to monitor specific LinkedIn posts, track their engagement, and extract data from likers and commenters. This guide will walk you through the setup process step by step.

Setting Up the Post Tracker Robot for Specific Posts

  1. Select Your Project:

    • Navigate to the project where you want to add new leads.

    • Choose the Post Tracker Robot and select the option designed for tracking specific posts.

  2. Enter the LinkedIn Post URL:

    • Locate the LinkedIn post you want to track.

    • Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the post and select "Copy link to post".

    • Paste the copied link into the designated input field.

    • You can add multiple post links if needed.

  3. Filter by Job Title:

    • Define relevant job titles to ensure data collection from the right audience.

    • If you want to scrape every interaction, select "Scrape everyone".

    • To specify roles, either select from predefined job titles or manually input relevant roles (e.g., CEO, Sales Professional).

  4. Select Engagement Type:

    • Choose to track:

      • Only likers.

      • Only commenters.

      • Both likers and commenters.

  5. Activate the Robot:

    • Click "Create Robot" to start tracking the selected post(s).

    • The robot will extract engagement data and classify relevant interactions in real time.

    • The dashboard will display how many people have been scraped and how many meet the job title criteria.

Reviewing and Using the Data

  • The extracted data will be available in the Contacts section, including:

    • Full name, job position, LinkedIn profile, company name, LinkedIn page, and website.

    • Interaction type (likes, full comments).

  • Customize Display:

    • Click on the "Columns" section to choose which data fields to display.

    • Use Magic Columns to enrich leads with additional information such as email addresses, company descriptions, and LinkedIn insights.

    • AI-powered custom columns allow you to generate personalized outreach messages based on post content.
