Lookup credits are used for data enrichment or job tracking. With lookup credits, you can access information about contacts such as job titles, personal LinkedIn profiles, company websites, and company LinkedIn profiles.

Each lookup credit is equivalent to one contact (i.e., one row of data).

Note: This means that if you input the details of a contact like Joe Doe from XYZ Company LTD., Pipebooster will provide you with additional details such as job title and LinkedIn profile, and it will deduct 1 lookup credit from your account."

Our freemium account provides 250 lookup credits at no cost. Email credits, as the name suggests, are used for new email enrichment and are charged separately from lookup credits. We have separated these credits because our users have different workflows, and this credit split helps us keep Pipebooster affordable for everyone.

Each email credit is equivalent to a contact email.

To obtain email addresses, we use a cascade of multiple sources and three different email hunting providers. We guarantee that every email you receive from Pipebooster will work. In the rare instance that an email does not work, please use Intercom to let us know and we will reimburse you with three email credits for each invalid email.
