In this article, I will describe how to upload data into Pipebooster.

Pipebooster supports multiple data sources and is capable of processing data from:

  • Files

    • Excel spreadsheet

    • CSV file

    • ODS file

  • CRMs

    • Hubspot CRM

    • Pipedrive CRM

Files

The easiest way to get started is by using classic files. To import a file during a new project setup, simply select the 'Import spreadsheet' option.

Afterward, locate the file that you want to import and upload it into Pipebooster. The file must contain one of the following combinations of input data:

  • Full Name AND (Company Name OR Company Linkedin OR company Email)

  • First Name AND Last Name AND (Company Name OR Company Linkedin OR Company Email)

  • Personal Linkedin profile

As I mentioned earlier, we support files in the formats of .csv, .xlsx, and .ods.

Note for Excel files: Please remember to choose the correct sheet when using an Excel file.

In the next step, you will need to map the columns from your file with the corresponding columns in Pipebooster. To map the columns, simply use the drag-and-drop function.

And you're done! In the final step, simply select the appropriate option for your project and launch the data enrichment or job-tracking process.

CRMs

To import data from CRM during a new project setup, simply select the 'Connect CRM' option.

In next step choose your CRM, at this moment Pipebooster support HubSpot and Pipedrive and process authorization.

Pipedrive Authorization

HubSpot Authorization

And you're done! In the final step, simply select the appropriate option for your project and launch the data enrichment or job-tracking process.

Note: Please note that this CRM connection only imports data from your CRM to Pipebooster. If you also require the ability to upload data back to your CRM, you will need to work with our integration specialist to determine the best process.
