If you have already enriched your data or found all possible job changes, you may be wondering what to do next and how to obtain the data from Pipebooster.

Here are three ways how to process data from Pipebooster.

  1. Export

In each project, you will find a small blue 'Export' button that you can use to export an Excel or CSV file. The file will contain the original information as well as any new information that was found by Pipebooster.

  2. Update directly into CRM

For customers who wish to integrate Pipebooster into their company operations, we offer CRM integrations. This means that we can directly input any information that Pipebooster finds into your CRM. We can update old contacts, create new ones, add notes for specific individuals with all insights that Pipebooster finds, and much more.

Unfortunately, we have found that every company uses CRMs differently. Due to this reason, we do not have an interface in Pipebooster for setting up direct CRM integration. However, our integration specialists handle all integrations and will work with you to determine the best process to meet your needs.

Example from direct integration with Pipedrive:

If you would like to integrate Pipebooster with your CRM, please feel free to schedule a call with our integration specialists.

  3. Zapier integrations

With Zapier, you can connect your Pipebooster projects with dozens of other external services by using Pipebooster as the “trigger”.

For example with Pipebooster, you can automate the process of adding contacts to your email sequence when they experience job changes or promotions. By using Pipebooster as a trigger, any relevant job changes or promotions will automatically initiate the action of adding the contact to your email sequences tool, streamlining the workflow, and ensuring that your contacts stay updated with the latest information.

Supported Pipebooster triggers

In Zapier, a trigger refers to an event or action that occurs within an application and serves as the initial point of a workflow for a Zap.
