Once your project setup is complete, you can start or pause your outreach sequence at any time.
This gives you full control over when your campaign is active and ensures consistent communication with your leads.
Starting a Sequence
Go to Your Project
You can start a sequence from two places:Inside the project, under the Sequence tab.
From the main projects page for faster access.
Click “Start the Sequence”
In the project view, click the Start the Sequence button.
Or, on the main page, click the three dots next to your project and select Start Sequence.
Confirm the Action
After clicking, confirm by selecting Start Sequence.
Once active, the project’s status will automatically update to indicate it’s running.
Pausing a Sequence
You can pause an active project at any time.
Click the Pause icon — either from the project overview or from the Sequence tab.
Pausing will immediately stop all outreach activity, including follow-up messages.
Resuming a Sequence
When you restart a paused project, the sequence continues exactly from where it was paused.
It does not restart from the beginning, ensuring that your communication flow with leads remains consistent and uninterrupted.
