Whether you need to create a new message from scratch or make edits to an existing one, Leadspicker provides a user-friendly interface to streamline the process. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to add and edit messages manually within your project.

Step 1: Accessing the Sequence Section

  1. Start by navigating to the desired project folder.

  2. Within the project folder, look for the "Sequence" section and click on it. This will take you to a dedicated area where you can manage and customize your email messages.

Step 2: Adding a New Email Message

  1. In the sequence tab, there are multiple options to create your message. If you have your own or would like to write new one, click on "From scratch" option.

  2. A text editor will open where you can input your message content.

  3. Fill in the necessary details for your email, including the subject, body text, and any desired formatting or variable fields.

  4. Take advantage of the formatting options to enhance the visual appeal of your email.

  5. Once you are satisfied with your message, click on the "Save" button to add it to your sequence.

Step 3: Including Follow-ups

  1. If your message requires follow-ups, Sales Booster allows you to add as many follow-up messages as needed.

  2. Within the sequence management section, locate the option to add follow-up messages.

  3. Click on the relevant button to create additional emails that will be sent as follow-ups to your initial message.
