Elevate the quality of your emails by using the text formatting options and features available on Leadspicker

In this tutorial, we will explore the various text formatting options and features that Leadspicker offers.

How to start:

  1. Navigate to Your Project:

    • Go to your project and click on "Sequence" in the top menu.

    • Next to the message you want to improve, click on the "Edit" button.

Text Formatting Options

  1. Font Families and Sizes:

    • Customize your text using different font families and sizes available in the message editor.

  2. Styling Options:

    • Bold, Italic, Underline: Select the text you want to emphasize and click on the corresponding button in the toolbar to apply these styles.

  3. Hyperlinks:

    • Insert Links: To add a hyperlink, select the text you want to turn into a link, click the "Link" button in the toolbar, enter the desired URL, and click "Insert Link".

  4. Bullet Points:

    • Organize Text: To create bullet points, select the text, click the bullet points option in the toolbar, and your text will be formatted accordingly.

Personalization Features

  1. Variable Fields:

    • Located just above the text editor, these fields reflect the data you have imported or sourced into your project.

    • If you have created any magic column fields, they will appear here automatically.

  2. Applying Variable Fields:

    • To insert a variable field, click on the preferred field, and it will appear in the text where your cursor is placed.

    • Add as many variable fields as needed to craft personalized and engaging messages.

By utilizing these text formatting options and personalization features in the Leadspicker message editor, you can create more engaging and personalised emails.
