How to Manage Contacts Inside Your Project

There are many option how to work with leads inside your projects to make it easier for you

Inside each project, you can easily view, organize, and edit your leads using the tools available in the contact table.
Here’s an overview of the main options and actions you can perform to manage your data efficiently.


Using Filters

At the top of your leads table, you’ll find the filter menu, which lets you sort leads based on their status.
Common filters include:

  • Replied – shows only leads that have responded.

  • Sent – displays all leads who have received a message.

  • Left Out – shows leads that were excluded from outreach.

Simply click on the desired status to apply it.

You can also apply filters within specific columns:

  • Click the small filter icon inside any column header.

  • Choose the value you want to narrow down your view.


Customizing Your Table View

To personalize how your data is displayed, click on the Columns button.
Here you can:

  • Show or hide specific columns to focus on the most relevant data.

  • Delete columns that are no longer needed.

  • Resize columns by dragging their edges to adjust spacing and readability.

This gives you full control over how your database is displayed.


Searching for Leads

Use the search bar above the table to quickly find a specific lead or company.
Simply type a name, company, or keyword — the system will instantly display matching results.


Editing Lead Details

You can edit any lead’s information directly within the project.

  1. Click on the lead you want to edit.

  2. A detail panel will open on the right-hand side.

  3. Update the necessary fields (such as email, company, or LinkedIn link).

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

All updates are applied immediately within your project database.


Exporting Leads

Leadspicker allows you to export your contacts for external use or reporting.

  • Export all leads:
    Click Export, choose your preferred format (CSV or Excel), and download your list.

  • Export selected leads:
    Click Select, tick the checkboxes next to specific leads, and export them the same way.

  • Export filtered lists:
    Apply filters before exporting if you only want to download a subset of leads.


Adding New Leads

Click Add Contact on the left to add new leads to your project.
You can:

  • Add leads manually

  • Import from a spreadsheet

  • Use the browser extension

  • Or let Leadspicker robots find and add leads automatically.


Deleting Leads

You can remove unwanted leads individually or in bulk.

  • Delete one lead:
    Click on the lead, open the detail panel, and select Delete.

  • Delete multiple leads:
    Click Select, choose the leads you want to remove, and confirm.

  • Bulk deletion:
    Apply filters to delete entire lead groups or select all leads at once using the checkbox in the table header.


Copying or Blacklisting Leads

If you need to move or exclude contacts:

  1. Click Select and choose the relevant leads.

  2. Then choose the desired action:

    • Copy to Project – move selected leads to another project.

    • Blacklist – prevent those leads from being contacted in the future.mails.
