Once you have prepared your sequence messaging, it’s time to set up the details of your campaign. Follow these steps to configure your campaign effectively:
Configuring Campaign Settings
Access Campaign Settings:
Click on the "Settings" icon within the “Sequence” tab to configure the core aspects of the campaign.
Choose Email Accounts:
Select the email account(s) from which you want to send the campaign.
If you select multiple accounts, the number of emails sent daily will be equally distributed among the inboxes.
LinkedIn Outreach:
If you plan to send LinkedIn outreach, select the LinkedIn account you want to use.
Set Kick-off Batch Size:
Determine the number of emails to send per inbox daily. We recommend sending 30-50 emails per inbox.
For multiple inboxes, distribute the total number proportionally. For example, if you have two accounts and set the number to 100, each inbox will send 50 emails.
Exclude Missing Variables:
Keep the default option to exclude “missing variables.” This ensures that messages with incorrect variable fields will not be sent.
Track Campaign Statistics:
Choose which statistics to measure, such as open rate and click rate. The reply rate is tracked automatically.
Schedule Sending Days:
Select the days you want to send the campaign and specify whether to skip weekends.
Select Campaign Start Date:
Choose the start date for your campaign. A future date will delay the start, while a past date will launch the campaign immediately upon starting.
Set Sending Time and Timezone:
Configure the sending time and timezone for your emails. We recommend keeping the default settings.
Save Settings:
Click on "Save" to confirm your settings.
Sending a Test Sequence
Before starting the campaign, we recommend sending yourself a test sequence to ensure everything is set up correctly:
Send Test Sequence:
Click on "Test sequence".
Choose to send the test sequence to the connected email or any other email address you prefer.
Review Test Sequence:
After selecting an email address, click on "Send preview".
You will receive all the steps of your sequence in your inbox at once.
Check if all variable fields, links, and formatting are correct.
Launching Your Campaign
Once you have reviewed and confirmed that everything is set correctly, you are ready to start your campaign!
