You can easily import your existing contact data from a spreadsheet into a project.
This allows you to quickly upload databases of leads and use them for outreach campaigns.

Uploading Your File

  1. Open Your Project
Go to the project where you want to import leads.

  2. Select “From Spreadsheet”
Choose the From Spreadsheet option to start the import process.

  3. Upload Your File

    • Supported file formats: CSV or XLSX

    • Click Browse File, choose your dataset from your computer, and click Next to continue.

Mapping Spreadsheet Columns

Once your file is uploaded, you’ll see the Spreadsheet Column Mapping section.
The platform will automatically recognize and assign columns to the correct variable fields.

  • Check the Field Mapping:
Review the columns and confirm they match the correct company or personal variables.

    • If everything looks correct, you can continue.

    • If something is missing, add it by selecting the right variable field.

    • If a field is incorrect, remove it by clicking the cross (×) and drag the correct one into place.

Adding Custom Variable Fields

If your dataset includes additional information you’d like to use for personalization (for example, company size or industry), you can import custom variable fields.

  1. Before uploading, ensure your spreadsheet includes columns for these custom fields.

  2. Click Add Custom Fields on the right-hand side.

  3. Name the empty fields according to your spreadsheet data.

  4. Once all fields are named, click Save.

Completing the Import

When you’ve reviewed and confirmed all fields:

  • Click Finish Import to complete the process.

  • Your data, including any custom variable fields, will now be available inside your project and ready to use for fully personalized outreach campaigns.
