Export your database according your needs

With Leadspicker platform filters, you can easily navigate through your data and gain valuable insights. Filters allowing you for example identify contacts who have replied to your emails, customize your data view, and export specific sets of contacts.

See examples of how can you use the filters:

  1. Using Filters:

  • Filter Menu: Located above the leads table, the filter menu serves as your gateway to organizing your data effectively.

  • Filtering by Replies: To view only the leads that have replied to your campaign, simply click on the "replied" button. This filter instantly narrows down your results.

  • Customizing Data View: Sometimes, you may want to focus on specific fields within your contact table. To customize your data view, click on "Hide fields" and choose the fields you would like to see or hide on your table.

  1. Exporting Contacts:

    SalesBooster makes it easy to export your contacts for further analysis or external use. Here's how you can do it:

  • Exporting All Contacts: If you want to export all your contacts, click on the "Export" button. Select your desired format (.csv or .xlsx) and click "Export."

  • Exporting Contacts according to filter: To export only the contacts that reflect any choosen filter, ensure you select the filter you want. Then, follow the same steps mentioned above to export your contacts in the desired format.

  • Exporting Selective Leads: If you want to export only specific leads, click on the "select" button. Check the box next to the leads you wish to export. Once you have made your selections, proceed to export following the same steps mentioned earlier.
