Ensuring that you don’t reach out to individuals you wish to avoid in your large campaigns is crucial. Leadspicker offers few features to help you manage your blacklist effectively. Here’s how to do it:

Adding to Your Blacklist

  1. Access the Blacklist Tab:

    • Navigate to your project and click on the "Blacklist" tab.

  2. Copy and Paste Method:

    • Choose the option to copy and paste domains or email addresses.

    • Paste or type the domains and/or email addresses you wish to blacklist into the blank window.

    • Click on "Save" to add these contacts to your blacklist.

    • Tip: You can blacklist an entire company by entering its domain or specific individuals by their email addresses.

  3. Import from Spreadsheet:

    • Choose the option to add a blacklist from a spreadsheet.

    • Follow the prompts to import your spreadsheet containing the addresses or domains you wish to blacklist.

  4. Blacklist from Different Projects:

    • Click on "Add Blacklist from Project."

    • Select the projects from which you want to blacklist contacts.

    • Click on "Save" to apply these changes.

Managing Blacklisted Contacts

  • View Blacklisted Contacts: Once added, the contacts you wished to exclude will appear on the blacklist, ensuring they are not contacted during your campaign.

Blacklisting Specific Leads Manually

  1. Select Lead:

    • Navigate to the specific lead you want to blacklist in a Contacts tab.

    • Seelect the lead you wanna blacklsit, click on it and in the editing window on the right side, click on the "Blacklist" button.

    • The selected lead will be blacklisted immediately.

Whether you’re adding contacts manually, importing from a spreadsheet, or blacklisting across different projects, these steps will help you maintain a clean and focused campaign list.
