Go to 'Outreach Settings' and select 'Outreach Accounts'. Choose your account and click 'Settings'.
If available, you'll see the 'Setup Inbox Warm-Up' option. Click to start.
Configuring IMAP Access:
Select your inbox provider and log into your account.
Follow the link to your IMAP inbox settings.
Enable IMAP access and save changes.
Two-Step Verification:
Use the provided link to enable 2-step verification.
Verify with your mobile number and enter the received code.
Creating an App Password:
Return to your email settings and use the 'App Password' link.
Create a new password, note it down, and enter it in the platform.
Click 'Continue' and then 'Finish' to complete the setup.
After finishing these steps, you can check if warm-up is connected and check the status of your inbox warm-up directly in the platform.
