Step-by-Step Guide to Connect Warm-Up to Your Email Account

  1. Go to 'Outreach Settings' and select 'Outreach Accounts'. Choose your account and click 'Settings'.

  2. If available, you'll see the 'Setup Inbox Warm-Up' option. Click to start.

  3. Configuring IMAP Access:

    • Select your inbox provider and log into your account.

    • Follow the link to your IMAP inbox settings.

    • Enable IMAP access and save changes.

  4. Two-Step Verification:

    • Use the provided link to enable 2-step verification.

    • Verify with your mobile number and enter the received code.

  5. Creating an App Password:

    • Return to your email settings and use the 'App Password' link.

    • Create a new password, note it down, and enter it in the platform.

  6. Click 'Continue' and then 'Finish' to complete the setup.

After finishing these steps, you can check if warm-up is connected and check the status of your inbox warm-up directly in the platform.

Recommendation: It's advised to warm up your inbox for at least 14 days prior to and during your outreach campaign for optimal results.
