Activating the warm-up feature for your email inbox is a first step in ensuring your outreach campaigns are successful. It helps in building a solid sending reputation, however we recommend minor changes in the setting to ensure the best effectivity.

Configuring Warm-Up Frequency:

  1. In your email account settings, locate the warm-up status on the right side of the interface.

  2. Adjust Sending Frequency:

    • Click on 'Warm-up Sending Frequency'.

    • In the new window, focus on adjusting following things:

    • 'Starting Baseline'—recommended to set it at 20.

    • 'Increase per day' - recommender to set at 4

    • 'Max emails per day' - recommended to set at 35

Understand other settings by hovering over the Question Mark icon for definitions.

    3. Click 'Continue' after making adjustments to update your settings.

Pausing Warm-Up:

  • To pause the warm-up, especially post-campaign, click the 'Pause Warming Up' button. This is usually orange in color.

Setting Up a Filter for Warm-Up Emails:

  • It's advisable to organize your inbox by setting up a filter for warm-up emails.

  • For detailed instructions, click on 'How to Keep Your Inbox Clean' and follow the guidelines provided.

Regularly monitoring these settings ensures that your email outreach remains effective. We recommend keep warm-up during your whole campaing. Also if you are preparing new campaign remember to start outreach again at least 10days before planning outreach. Properly warming up your email plays a crucial role in maintaining the health and efficiency of your email campaigns.
