The platform allows you to edit specific details of each connected email account. Follow these steps to make the necessary adjustments:

Here's a guide how to manage your accounts:

Firstly, navigate to Outreach Settings - Go to the 'Outreach Settings' section and click on 'Outreach Accounts'. Choose the account you wish to edit, then click on the blue ‘settings’ button to open the account interface.

Modifying Account Details

  1. Edit Outgoing Email Details:

    • In the account interface, you can modify various settings:

      • Sender's Name: Change the name displayed on outgoing emails.

      • Daily Sending Limit: Adjust the number of emails sent per day.

      • Email Delay: Set the delay for initiating kickoff emails and follow-ups.

    • While the default settings are recommended, you can customize them as needed.

  2. Additional Settings:

    • Warm-up: Set up the warm-up process for your inbox.

    • Autoforwarding: Configure autoforwarding settings for your emails.

Once you have made your changes, click on 'Save' to apply them.

In the settings, you can easily edit the specific details of each connected email account. This flexibility allows you to tailor your email settings to better suit your campaign needs.
