Learn how to use first magic columns to help you with enriching emails

The first magic column, "Enriching Email," helps you find email addresses for the contacts in your database. This feature is useful if you have leads but are missing their email addresses or if you source data using the platform and want to reach out via email.

How to Enrich Emails:

  1. Select the First Column:

    • Click on the "Enriching Email" column.

  2. Automatic Enrichment:

    • The platform will start enriching emails immediately.

  3. Credit Usage:

    • If a valid email address is found, it will cost you 1 credit.

    • If no email is found, no credit is taken.

  4. Automatic Validation:

    • Emails are automatically validated during this process.

Validating Existing Emails

If you already have email addresses in your database but are unsure of their validity, you can use the second magic column, "Validate Emails." This feature will help you identify all valid addresses with a high chance of being delivered.

Why Validate Emails:

  • Maintaining Domain Reputation:

    • Ensuring your emails are valid helps maintain your domain reputation.

  • Avoiding Spam:

    • Valid emails reduce the risk of your messages ending up in spam folders, improving your campaign's effectiveness.
