In 2025, we introduced a new pricing and packaging structure across all Pipedrive plans. This repackaging reflects how our product has evolved – bringing key features and limits into better alignment with how customers use Pipedrive today.
Why we made these changes
Our goal is to simplify plan offerings, ensure long-term platform stability, and improve the customer experience across all business sizes.
What to expect
As part of this change, you’ll notice that the number of plans and their names have been updated. The new lineup: Lite, Growth, Premium, and Ultimate is designed to better reflect what each plan offers in terms of features and scale.
In many cases, the new plans include additional tools, functionality or adjusted usage limits compared to the previous plans. To help you understand exactly what’s different, we’ve broken down each plan transition below: Legacy plans, such as the Advanced plan, are gradually being discontinued. Users are encouraged to explore transition options to Growth or Professional for additional features and better alignment with new offerings.

Deal card customization
With deal card customization, you can control what information shows directly in your pipeline view. This helps your team:

Enforced two-factor authentication (2FA)
For added security, Lite allows admins to require all users to log in using 2FA. This helps you:
Ensure company-wide compliance with security standards
Reduce risks related to account breaches
Centralize login requirements
Unlike optional 2FA, enforcement ensures consistency across your whole team.
Web to mobile calls
Lite includes web-to-mobile calls, which allow you to:
Click-to-call any number in the web app
Complete the call on your mobile device
Log the call in Pipedrive automatically
This feature is ideal for sales reps on the move or hybrid teams that need to react quickly without switching platforms.
Higher lead and deal limits
Essential users are limited to 2,000 active leads + deals per user, while Lite increases that limit to 2,500 per user.
Note: If you're over the Essential plan’s limit, moving to Lite means you won't need to delete or archive any data. As long as you're under the new 2,000-item limit, you can keep working without interruption.

You can switch to the Lite plan anytime through Billing > Manage subscription in your account settings.
