The Trust Center is the central hub for all customer-facing information about Pipedrive’s security, privacy, and compliance posture and it allows verified customers to view or download sensitive materials.
The Trust Center allows paying customers and trialists to:
Learn about Pipedrive’s approach to data protection, compliance, and privacy.
View or download verified documentation (e.g., SOC2, ISO certifications).
Request access to protected materials through a secure, self-service process.
Access publicly available documents such as the SOC 3 Report, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification, US-EU Data Privacy Framework, and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
The Trust Center hub can be accessed by any person. It contains public information and documents that can be reviewed and downloaded without the need of logging into a Pipedrive account.
But it also contains private documents. In order to download these, logging into a Pipedrive account is required!
To access these restricted materials, such as SOC 2 Type II reports and penetration test reports, users must visit the 'Documents' section in the Trust Center and verify using their Pipedrive-associated email address.
Security and privacy inquiries include questions about data protection, GDPR, data storage, access controls, encryption, certifications, sub-processors, retention, user rights, and general security controls.
The majority of these questions are answered publicly through the Privacy FAQ section of the Trust Center, so users should always check there first: the Trust Center → FAQs - https://trustcenter.pipedrive.com/ to see if they can get their document there. Additional resources available include the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which can also be accessed through the Trust Center.
