If your automations have stopped working and you see the error message "Issues found in this automation. Review the highlighted steps to prevent failed executions," please follow the steps below.
Why is this happening?
We recently launched an update to make automations more precise. When using an "Item Updated" trigger, you must now specify exactly which Fields should trigger the automation.
How to fix it:
Identify the Trigger: Open your automation and look at the Trigger step.
Select Fields: You will now see a new option named "Fields." Select the specific field(s) that should kick off the automation. You can choose up to 10 fields.
Save: Once the fields are selected, save your changes. Your automation will be reactivated immediately.
💡 Example: If your automation is "Deal Updated" and your condition is "Deal Stage has changed to X," you must now also select "Deal Stage" in the "Fields" section of the trigger step.

If you do not see the "Fields" option in your trigger step, please:
Clear your browser’s cache.
Refresh the page.
