If you choose not to enter billing details into your account, you’ll be locked out after your trial ends. You can log into your account within 60 days of your trial ending and enter billing details to start a paid subscription.
To start your paid Pipedrive subscription, go to your Billing section.
You can enter your billing details before or during the payment flow.
If you choose to wait, you’ll be asked to enter your billing details before you checkout during payment.
To start a subscription please do the following steps:
Navigate into the Billing section. To get to the billing page, click here: https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/subscription
Select ”Manage subscription“ to enter the payment flow.
Select the plan you want to sign up for, or click ”manage seats“ to add extra slots for other users to be added to your account.
After you select your plan, you’ll see a list of available add-ons that you can combine with your chosen subscription by clicking ”+ Add to plan.“ (Some add-ons come free with certain plans, check more details here)
Click ”Add billing details,“and fill in your contact, address, and payment information in the next window.
Click ”Review purchase“ and check that everything you’ve entered is correct, then confirm your purchase.
After you confirm your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying your purchase. You can see your current subscription status in your Billing section.
