How can I view my past Pipedrive invoices?

Please note that only users with admin privileges will be able to view past invoices in the Billing section.

To view past invoices for a company Pipedrive account please follow the steps listed below:

  • Log in to your Pipedrive account and click on your avatar (profile picture) in the top-right corner.

  • Select "Billing" from the dropdown menu.

  • In the Billing section, select "invoice history" on the right side of the panel.

Take in consideration that the information displayed on past invoices can’t be changed, and any changes made to your billing information are reflected in future invoices.Additionally, only admin users can access the full invoice history, and Pipedrive’s data retention policy ensures that invoices are retrievable for up to 180 days after account cancellation.
