How does pricing work in Pipedrive?

For each of these plans, you can be on either monthly or annual billing. The contract term for monthly plans is one month, with automatic renewal each month. Annual plans require upfront payment for the entire year and often include a discount.

Choosing the annual plan might save you significantly compared to selecting the monthly plan.

  • Monthly – pay on the same day each month, for as long as that subscription is active.

  • Annual – pay upfront for the entire year. Being on the annual billing cycle will give you a discount compared to if you had opted for monthly billing.

Pipedrive also offers add-ons that can be added to any plan and will have the same billing frequency as the plan you’re subscribed to. Please note that some add-ons may be included in specific plans.

Please note that Pipedrive accounts are charged per seat, meaning you will be charged one license per seat, whether it is open or occupied by a user. For example, if a seat costs $100 annually, a subscription with four seats would total $400 annually.

Addressing Discrepancies in Pricing

If you encounter unexpected pricing, consider the following:

  1. Verify your selected billing cycle (monthly vs. annual).

  2. Check for added taxes or fees.

  3. Review any pre-selected features or add-ons.
