Please note that plan changes can only be applied by users with account settings access.
If you encounter pending payment issues, note that changes can only be made after completing the payment confirmation period.
If you would like to switch to a different Pipedrive plan or change your billing frequency, you can easily do so at any time in your billing cycle, to proceed with the changes please follow the steps listed below:
Additionally, any unused balance from your current plan will be credited toward the new plan, and you’ll only be charged the cost difference for the selected plan.
Go to your Billing tab;
Click on “Manage subscription”;
From here, you will see the option to toggle between the plans or switch between Monthly or Annual billing cycles;
Select the plan you want;
Click on “Continue“ (if you are on trial) or “Proceed to checkout“ (if you are already paying) to confirm your change.
You may also confirm the selection by reviewing applied credit or cost differences for upgrades before proceeding, ensuring transparency in the checkout process.
Your billing may be updated to reflect the changes you made.
Proration may apply for billing cycle changes, and any remaining balance will be adjusted toward updates for transparency.
